We love design. We love racing. Both demand the same things — taste, precision, and the nerve to commit at speed.
So we built a different kind of gathering. You show up. We hand you a helmet. You race wheel-to-wheel with people who run design at companies you respect. Then we all walk to a pub, settle a tab, and actually talk — about the craft, the hires, the things you can't post on LinkedIn.

Eleven design leaders from Wise, Monzo, Granola, SecondMind, Flo, Paysend, Amazon, Metaview, UNKNW and Moss showed up in helmets, raced wheel-to-wheel for two hours, then walked straight to a private back room for pints, pro talks and the kind of conversation you can't have anywhere else.
